Inspired by South Africa’s love affair with barbecue-style cooking – braai, as the locals call it – the menu at The Apostles Braai is built on a foundation of flame-grilled fare cooked al fresco on the terrace. This exciting dining destination celebrates seasonal produce and traditional South African cuisine.
The four-course braai menus, created by Executive Chef Christo Pretorius, feature biltong, boerewors, rooster brood, droëwors, a selection of family style sharing dishes, and a feast of flavoursome, marinated grilled meats from the braai.
