Stand up Paddle Boarding or SUP originated in Hawaii as an offshoot to surfing and is ideal in calm light wind conditions. Ashford Bay and Lough Corrib with its sheltered inlets provide a unique environment to explore and enjoy this magnificent area.
This five-course dégustation menu offers an unforgettable gourmet adventure. Available at both lunch and dinner, the ‘Journey through the Cape’ menu showcases delicious dishes not available on the à la carte menu. Each course is paired with a regional wine selected by Head Sommelier Gregory Mutambe, creating a memorable food and wine discovery of the flavours, produce and culinary heritage of the Western Cape.
