A fabulous way to experience the magic of Lough Corrib is to glide across the clear waters with our experienced guide, Frank, in the traditional wooden boats he hand-crafted himself. As a local marine and approved countryside guide by the Irish tourist board, Frank offers guided boat trips on Lough Corrib and to its many beautiful islands for up to three guests at a time, tailoring the itinerary to suit your individual interest and preferences.
This five-course dégustation menu offers an unforgettable gourmet adventure. Available at both lunch and dinner, the ‘Journey through the Cape’ menu showcases delicious dishes not available on the à la carte menu. Each course is paired with a regional wine selected by Head Sommelier Gregory Mutambe, creating a memorable food and wine discovery of the flavours, produce, and culinary heritage of the Western Cape and its varied landscape of oceans and mountains.
