Our Café Grill sushi menu has become a guest favourite over the years. Led by sushi master Sarawut Sukkowplang, we offer a menu of flavour-packed sushi dishes combining traditional techniques with contemporary flavours. Our seafood is sourced sustainably - and locally wherever possible - with our menu featuring rod-caught yellowfin tuna from the Cape Atlantic area. Chef Sarawut's cooking stock is even made with kelp foraged from the ocean just outside our hotel.
