Experience a dessert crafted entirely around The Twelve Apostles Signature Honey, Bea’s Honey, harvested from our own hives nestled along the mountain slopes overlooking the Atlantic. Our bees forage exclusively on indigenous fynbos and protea blossoms within Table Mountain National Park, giving this honey its distinctly floral, herbaceous, and subtly coastal character. This limited edition World Bee Day creation showcases the purity of our honey through a thoughtful combination of textures and techniques.
