Craft your own gin under the watchful eye of our Gin Mixologist and learn the art of exquisite gin creation.
To start to the evening, enjoy a gin & canape tasting experience in our tranquil conservatory, before moving into artisanal mode as you create your own customised bottle of gin. Using local botanicals foraged from the hotel’s own Fynbos gardens, this is a gin crafting experience like no other.

The art of flight
Savour unforgettable views with a helicopter flight from the V&A Waterfront over the scenic Atlantic Seaboard, before landing on our private helipad. Children’s Movie And A Lunch
Children are welcome to join us for lunch and a movie. Enjoy a film and popcorn, followed by a delicious meal from our children’s à la carte menu and a choice of either hot chocolate or a milkshake as a drink. This offer is only available for the 10:00 a.m. screening with lunch afterwards or the 12:00 p.m. screening with lunch before or after.
