Our annual Guest Chef series goes international - Gerard Coughlin, Executive Chef at Red Carnation hotel member The Chesterfield Palm Beach in Florida/USA, is set to add a touch of Americana to Azure Restaurant, courtesy of Delta Air Lines. The American chef looks forward to bringing his unique mix of classic American, English, Oriental and International dishes to a Cape Town audience. Delta Air Lines is furthermore delighted to sponsor a fantastic competition prize on the night, giving away two return Business Class tickets from Johannesburg to any Delta destination in the USA to one lucky diner!

We are introducing our new Gent’s Tea by the Sea just in time for Father’s Day – and it’s a thoroughly manly affair! Guests can tuck into Mini Boerie Rolls, Biltong Scones and Bar One Macaroons, washed down with Miniature Craft Beer Pints – or our selection of fragrant teas and coffees.
